Dr. Henry Huiyao Wang

Huiyao (Henry) Wang is the Founder and President of the Center for China and Globalization (CCG), a non-governmental think tank based in Beijing (and ranks in the top 100 think tanks globally).

Dr. Wang is a former Counselor to the China State Council (China's cabinet); a Vice Chairman of the China Association for International Economic Cooperation under the Ministry of Commerce. He also served as Director of the Chinese People's Institute of Foreign Affairs and was the Dean of the Institute of Development at China's Southwestern University.

Dr. Wang is a Steering Committee Member of the Paris Peace Forum. He once served as the Chief Trade Representative of Canada Quebec's Government Office in Hong Kong for Greater China. He has a Ph.D. from the University of Western Ontario and the University of Manchester. He was a Senior Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School and a Visiting Fellow at Brookings Institution.
