Julian Blum

Julian Blum is a specialist in international relations and strategic affairs. He previously served as a chargé de mission at the French Embassy in the United States, where he conducted in-depth analysis of the American strategic environment. Prior to his diplomatic role, he worked as a journalist and documentary filmmaker, and is the author of Russia, China, Iran: The Revenge of the Empires, a widely viewed documentary broadcast during prime time on Arte. He is currently a research fellow at the International Observatory of the Jean-Jaurès Foundation, which published his academic work on the history of technology policy through the University Press of Rennes. He holds degrees from the University of Oxford and Sciences Po.
