He holds degrees from UC Berkeley and the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy. He has previously served in a number of institutions such as the EU Institute for Security Studies, Paris; the Hellenic Observatory at the London School of Economics; ELIAMEP, Athens; and the Hellenic Ministry for Foreign Affairs.
