He obtained a Master of Arts in Latin American Studies from Georgetown University, where he has also been a teaching and research assistant. He holds a Master’s degree in Diplomacy and International Relations from the Diplomatic School of Spain, and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from the Federico II University of Naples. Professionally, Alberto has carried out political tasks at the Embassy of Mexico in the United States.
