Thierry Chopin Senior Fellow - Europe Senior Fellow EuropeThierry Chopin is a Senior Fellow at Institut Montaigne. A specialist in European Affairs, he holds a PhD in Political Science from the EHESS. After teaching for several years at Sciences Po, the Corps des Mines, and more recently at École Polytechnique, Thierry is now a consultant on European Affairs and a Visiting Professor at Sorbonne University as well as at the College of Europe in Bruges.He chaired the Reflection and Proposal Committee for the French Presidency of the Council of the European Union, whose report, submitted to Clément Beaune, then Secretary of State for European Affairs, was published under the title Une Europe pour aujourd’hui et pour demain.
