Michaël Cheylan founded in 2016 with Ike Ngouoni the CAC agency (Communication Central Africa).

He has considerable experience regarding the support for leading figures and institutions of the economic and political sector in Africa and Europe. He is the Former Director of Public Affairs and Communications of Institut Montaigne, before becoming Deputy Director of External Relations of the Canal + group. He created in 2014, a communication and public relations consulting firm specialized on Africa for senior executives.

Michaël Cheylan holds a degree in Law, Communication, and Political Science from the universities Aix-Marseille and Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
