Célia Rennesson Co-founder and Managing Director of Réseau Vrac & Réemploi (Bulk & Reuse Network) Célia Rennesson is an entrepreneur committed to transforming economic models towards greater sustainability, sovereignty, and resilience. She is the co-founder and director of Réseau Vrac & Réemploi, the professional organization that federates nearly 500 companies in France to develop bulk sales and structure an industrial sector for the reuse of packaging.A key player in systemic change, she has been instrumental in the inclusion of bulk and reuse in French laws (AGEC, Climate and Resilience) and European laws (PPWR). These advances have made France a true leader in reuse, by creating the concrete and structural conditions for scaling up solutions.She is the originator of the Reuse Economy concept, an industrial strategy aiming to make reuse a pillar of our economy, beyond the mere circular economy. In this capacity, she initiated the REuse Economy Expo, an international exhibition bringing together public and private stakeholders who are building the transition towards a model based on robustness and usage rather than disposability.She sits on the National Council for the Circular Economy, is a board member of the European federation New ERA, and works at the European level for the development of a regulatory framework and structural investments in favor of reuse.She was recognized as Chevalier dans l’Ordre national du Mérite in 2023, in recognition of her commitment to structuring the reuse sector in France.
