Having lived and studied in Poland, he is particularly interested in Central and Eastern Europe and the issues related to the region’s defense and security. Cédric is a graduate of Sciences Po Strasbourg in International Relations and Global Studies and completed a Master of Geostrategy, Defense and International Security at Sciences Po Aix.
