She is a member of the scientific committee of the AMS (Amsterdam Institute for Advanced Metropolitan Solutions), and a board member of Le Corbusier Foundation. She was previously Director of the Energy Centre of the French Institute for International Relations (IFRI). From 2007 to 2012, Cécile Maisonneuve held various positions within the AREVA group, relating to international and European public affairs. Cécile Maisonneuve was previously a civil servant at the French National Assembly.A graduate of the École Normale Supérieure and of the Institut d'Études Politiques de Paris, Cécile Maisonneuve also holds a Master in History from the University of Paris IV-Sorbonne. Cécile Maisonneuve has collaborated with the Fondation pour la Recherche Stratégique and the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) and is the co-author of a biography on Benjamin Franklin (Perrin, 2008) and the author of papers on urban and geopolitical issues.
