Europe ProgramInternship - Assistant Program Officer - Europe ProgramFull-time paid internshipParis, 8th arrondissementSeptember 1st, 2026Type of contract: Full-time paid internship (necessarily attested by a training agreement or "convention de stage"), 4-6 months;Location: Paris, 8th arrondissement;Start date: September 1st, 2026.Main responsibilitiesUnder the supervision of the Head of the Europe Program, and working closely with the Europe Program Officers, the Assistant Program Officer will:Support the Europe Program with its daily activitiesAssist the director and researchers with background research, draft minutes and write meeting summaries Support the team in its research activities (data collection, press reviews and background research on the subjects under study, participation to editorial work) Assist with the organization of high-level events and international workshops identification of possible speakers, (invitations, logistics and note-taking) Manage the contacts’ databaseFollow daily coverage of European issues in France and Europe. QualificationsEnrolled in a Master’s degree program (ideally in European affairs and/or in European lawPerfect command of French or English (written and spoken), and a solid one for the other languageStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team Experience in event organisation Project management and administrative skillsInterest in European issuesIn possession of the right to work in France, by the start of the internship program.
