The Ongoing Referendum in Turkey

Four days before the Turks voted in the referendum organised by President Erdogan on the controversial Constitutional reform, Institut Montaigne organised a breakfast discussion with Charles Fries, French Ambassador to Turkey; Ahmet Insel, Professor & Journalist and Dominique Moïsi, Special Advisor to Institut Montaigne. The discussion essentially focused on the implications of the vote and led to a more general conversation on the future of Turkey and its diplomatic relations.
