Philippe Maze-Sencier

Philippe Maze-Sencier joined H+K in 2020 from McLarty Associates, a leading global strategic business advisory firm where he served as Managing Director in the firm’s Brussels and DC offices.

He has been working at the nexus of policy, government relations and communications on transatlantic issues. He oversaw operations in India, the Middle East and Africa in various sectors ranging from  aerospace to energy to defense. He held previously roles at the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights in Geneva, and at the delegation of the European Commission in DC. Maze-Sencier holds a MSc in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and a MA in Law (Cantab) from Cambridge University. He spent a year at the Bonn University in Germany as a Konrad Adenauer Security Studies Fellow.
