HomeAuthorsPhilippe Le Corre Philippe Le Corre Philippe Le Corre is a Senior Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School (Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Business and Government and Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs). An Asia specialist, he is also a non-resident Senior Fellow in the Asia and Europe Programs of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace in Washington DC, having worked previously as a Fellow at the Brookings Institution. Earlier in his career, Philippe served as a Special Assistant for International Affairs to the French Minister of Defense, and as a senior analyst with the Asia Bureau of the French Directorate for Strategic Affairs. He was also a partner with Publicis Consultants, where he dealt with Asian clients. Philippe is the author of five books, the latest "China's Offensive in Europe" was published by Brookings Institution Press in 2016. Recently, he authored a chapter in "Rethinking the Silk Road", a new volume published by Palgrave in late 2017.
