Moritz Meister

Moritz Meister is an associate in the Corporate/M&A practice at Allen & Overy and based in the Hamburg office. He has a strong focus on the energy sector and advises on domestic and cross-border private and public M&A transactions, joint ventures, private equity transactions and reorganisations. Moritz offers in-depth knowledge of the energy sector: from large-scale (renewable) generation facilities, through energy networks and pipelines to energy-heavy manufacturing. An expert with regard to the relevant markets and regulatory frameworks in the energy sector, he gained practical experience at the German Federal Network Agency (Bundesnetzagentur) and particularly enjoys cross-sectoral and interdisciplinary work.
