Marlène Meunier

Marlène Meunier joined Institut Montaigne in June 2023 as Project Manager on Defense Policies. In this role, she coordinates initiatives related to international security and defense.

Before joining the institute, Marlène worked at the Ministry of Defense, namely as an editor at Defence Minister Sébastien Lecornu’s Advisory Cabinet, following her analyst role at the Directorate General for International Relations and Strategy. She has also worked as a Senior Defense and Security Consultant and Sales Manager, specializing in countering CBRNe threats (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and explosive threats).

Marlène obtained her Master’s degree in International Security from the Paris School of International Affairs, at Sciences Po Paris. She is a French-German national with professional experience in Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
