She taught English at the University of Santo Tomás.Louise holds a MA in International Development from Sciences Po Paris’ School of International Affairs and a BA in Spanish and Global Studies from Saint Mary’s College. She studied abroad at the Centro Norteamericano in Seville, Spain, and at the National University of Córdoba (UNC) in Córdoba, Argentina.
