Justin Hodiak

Dr. Justin Hodiak is a Senior Engineer at the RAND Corporation. Prior to joining RAND, she was an Engineering Fellow at Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems, a Senior Associate at Booz|Allen|Hamilton, and a researcher with the U.S. Navy’s Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center. She is recognized as a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) for her contributions to the field of microwave photonics. She holds a Ph.D and M.S. in electrical and computer engineering from the University of California, San Diego, and an Sc.B in electrical engineering from Brown University.
