Julia Grignon

Julia Grignon is a professor at Université Laval where she teaches international humanitarian law, international rights and international refugee law. She is also a researcher and expert at the Institut de Recherche Stratégique de l'Ecole Militaire (IRSEM). 

Julia Grignon is interested in all branches of international law relating to the protection of individuals, although her field of expertise has been focused on international humanitarian law for the past 10 years. She is the author of L’applicabilité temporelle du droit international humanitaire and wrote a number of pieces of academic literature.
