Eudoxe Denis Director of Studies - France Resident Fellow Social affairsAs of September 2025, Eudoxe Denis has been serving as Director of Studies - France at Institut Montaigne. He began his career in consulting with KPMG before joining Institut de l’Entreprise - a French business think tank - in 2008 as Director of Studies, where he oversaw dozens of publications on public policy and corporate governance, and coordinated the assessment of presidential candidates’ programs ahead of the 2012 election.In 2015, he moved to Plastic Omnium as Director of Public Affairs, and two years later became Advisor to the Chairman and a member of the Executive Committee at AFEP (the French Association of Large Companies). At a time of major reforms in the French business landscape, he played a key role in strengthening dialogue between corporations and policymakers on issues such as governance, taxation, and industrial competitiveness.In 2022, he joined the ORPEA Group, just weeks after the company entered a deep crisis. Initially brought in as an interim manager, he later became Director of Public Affairs. Alongside two successive CEOs, he contributed to one of the most high-profile corporate restructurings of the decade: handling media scrutiny, rebuilding trust with families and regulators, overhauling governance, redefining the business model, and steering the group’s strategic repositioning, which culminated in its renaming in the summer of 2024.Eudoxe Denis is a graduate of ESSEC Business School, holds a bachelor's degree in philosophy, and attended the Institut des Hautes Études de Protection Sociale. He is also Secretary General of the Franco-British Council.
