David Phinnemore

David Phinnemore is Professor of European Politics at Queen’s University Belfast and coordinator of the ESRC-funded project on Governance for "a place between": the Multilevel Dynamics of Implementing the Protocol on Ireland/Northern Ireland. He is also Visiting Professor at the College of Europe (Bruges) and a Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences. His research interests cover EU treaty reform, EU enlargement, EU relations with non-member European states, Brexit and Northern Ireland.
