In this role, he contributes to the implementation of the Institute's communication and impact strategy of their publications on topics touching social cohesion, health and state efficiency.Before joining the Institut Montaigne, Arsène worked for a lobbying associative structure focused on automotive and did internships at the Ministry of Justice and Public Sénat.After a Bachelor's degree in Journalism at Institut Européen de Journalisme, he completed a Master in Political and Public Communication at the European Communication School.
