For the past fifteen years, Ana-Inès Petit has worked as a Senior Officer in the French Gendarmerie Nationale. She has mainly held responsibilities in central administration in the areas of operational logistics, public real estate management, management of high value-added European projects and monitoring of the 152 "Gendarmerie Nationale" budget program. Ana-Inès Petit also headed a territorial support and human resources group in the Bas-Rhin department .Ana-Inès Petit is a former student of the Prytanée National Militaire and a graduate of three French universities: University Lumière Lyon II, University Paris-Est Créteil and University Dauphine-PSL. In 2019, she passed the War College exam, after which she completed a year of schooling in the Ecole nationale d’administration (ENA) (now called Institut national du service public (INSP)).
