Aleksander Śniegocki

Aleksander Śniegocki leads the Reform Institute, an independent think tank based in Warsaw. He coordinates the decarbonisation and energy transition work at the Institute. Aleksander specialises in quantitative and qualitative impact assessments of public policies (including innovation, regional development, digitalisation and sustainable development) and the preparation of strategic documents. He gained his expertise by implementing national and EU research projects and delivering consultancy services for public administration and the private sector.
