How can France become a leader in innovation?
Europe must act quickly to ensure its economic security in the face of current threats. The European Commission has proposed defensive measures, but debates persist about the best approach. How can Europe effectively coordinate its actions to guarantee its economic security, and what role does international cooperation play in this strategy?
Institut Montaigne’s Special Advisor Michel Duclos will release an important policy paper on the future of transatlantic relations from a French standpoint. He calls on Europeans to take the lead and put forward their own ideas, or even their own initiatives, rather than expect the future US administration to set the way forward.
On this occasion, Bruce Stokes, Executive Director of the Transatlantic Task Force: Together or Alone? at the German Marshall Fund of the United States, and Tara Varma, Policy Fellow and Director of the Paris office of the European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR), will join Michel Duclos for a Webinar to discuss his set of policy ideas.
