Charleyne Biondi

Senior Fellow

Charleyne Biondi holds a PhD in political science. Her research focuses on digital policy issues. She is a research associate at CEVIPOF and is an analyst at Moody's in charge of monitoring public policies and regulations related to the blockchain.

She has written the following essay: "Dé-coder: une contre-histoire du numérique" (Bouquins, 2022), in which she investigates the connection between technological progress and political crisis. She has also taught at Sciences Po Paris, La Sorbonne Paris-Descartes, and EDHEC business school, on the ethics and cultural history of the digital world.

She holds degrees from both Columbia University in New York, where she completed her Ph.D. in political theory, and Sciences Po Paris.
